| Do you understand wall Street? | | If you still don't understand how Wall Street works (or doesn't work), this post should clarify it for you:ranfuchs.blogspot.com/2010/02/if-you-still-dont-understand-wall.html | |
| | Where do you usually find a wall clock in the house? | | I am very conscious of my time. In fact, I have placed several wall clocks in our house, aside from the wristwatch I am always wearing. These clocks can be seen in our kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms, and even in the bathroom. But if there's only one wall clock, where should it be located? I think it is either in the bedroom or living room. How about you? Where should it be? | |

| Do you have the habit of highlighting important events in the wall calendar? | | My father in law has the habit of highlighting all important events of the year, immediately he gets a new year calendar. He is 80+ now, but I have been watching him since years doing this, Moreover as we follow our religion calendar which does not match with the English Calendar dates, he does this(in the English Calendar) so that no event is forgotten. Even otherwise I have seen people making a note of milkman's due, fees to be paid, electricity bills due date and so many other things highlighted and marked in the calendar to avoid forgetting those dates and things to be done.
So how many of you also have this habit?
| | Who will be the best replacement for the GREAT WALL of india??? | | As Dravid is injured he will not be able to play the match.
so who will be playing in number 3 taking the responsibility that dravid took in his shoulder for long time.
laxman is also doubtful,so the 3rd position is very very important.
many belive that gambhir should come down and take the responsibility.[em]surrender[/em]
but the viru gambhir opening patnership is the main reason for india to be number 1.
if virat was in the squad, then he would have been a perfect replacement for dravid![em]thumbup[/em]
What do you think?[em]wink[/em]

| Taking Wall Paper Down | | So my aunt and uncle have purchased a house and i went last Thursday to clean it up and what not for them as they said they would pay me so i went over there and made a few extra bucks as it is gone now in groceries. My uncle called me today and asked me to take down some wallpaper that is over there. I have no idea on what i am doing. What are you suggestions or ideas on taking down wall paper? I know you can apply water to it and it comes off ( maybe) some one told me to spray liquid fabric softener on it and that would help but what do you suggest i use? I have some scrappers out and ready to go but what is the best way? | |
| | Wall art for kitchen - saying/quote needed | | I want to but a saying or quote on my wall in my kitchen with vinyl letters and have looked a several websites that sell them to find one but I haven't seen any that I really like. I have a machine and vinyl sheets to make my own but I can't think of anything good either and am looking for suggestions. I want it to be fairly short, 1-5 words and simple. Something nice, insightful, or loving. Nothing crude or about weight. Also, i don't drink coffee or wine so nothing about that either. Sp far the best I've seen is "cooking is love made visible", if that helps you understand what I am looking for. Thanks to anyone who can help me! | |

| | Banging my head against the wall... | | This is what I feel like doing when dealing with people who use logic that only works in their own little world! People that assume that because something makes sense to them, it must be correct, even if multiple sources say they are wrong, and absolutely zero say they are right. Some people just cannot be reasoned with. So how do you deal with people like this Banging your head against the wall doesn't solve anything, but it sure does feel good when you stop.[em]angry[/em] | |

| | Do You think Wall Street Asked For It? | | After being bailed out by the government, big banking entities started making money. So, they decided to give themselves big bonuses in celebration. Yet the banking trouble and the poor state of the economy including that of the world were largely created by them. Some thought by repaying their bail-out loans, they can have a freer hand. So, now Obama and his cabinet are flexing their muscles. They have now downsized the array of things that the banking fraternity can do. No more speculation or buying into mutual funds to shore up prices.Wall Street went down. Obama continues to challenge Wall Street. The battle royale is brewing. So is Obama doing the right thing to stop banking excesses or are the banks right in challenging the President who will make them 1930 sitting ducks? | |
